源泉所得税の納付と罰金

半年に一度の源泉所得税の納付時期が迫ってきました。

源泉所得税の納付とは、スタッフの給与から毎月天引きしている
所得税や税理士報酬から差し引いている所得税を国に納めること
です。

原則として、源泉所得税は毎月納めなければなりませんが、多くの
歯科医院のようにスタッフの人数が常時９人以下で、かつ税務署長
から納期の特例の承認を受けている場合には、１月～６月分を
７月１０日まで、７月～１２月分を翌年の１月２０日（納期限の特例の
承認も受けている場合）までの年２回が納付期限となります。

そこで、源泉所得税の納付についての注意点ですが、簡単です
「絶対に期限内に納める」それだけです。当然ながら、１日でも
遅れると罰則がまっています。

　　納付する源泉徴収税額　　1,000,000円

　　①加算税　　1,000,000円×5%＝50,000円
　　②延滞金　　1,000,000円×4.1%×1日／365日＝112円→0円
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　（千円未満の場合は切り捨て）
　　③合計　　①＋②＝50,000円
　　
なんと、たった１日遅れただけで５万円です。

なお、上記の例で２ヶ月を超えて遅れた場合には、①の加算税は
５万円ではなく１０万円に（加算税率5%→10%）、②の延滞税は
7,200円（納期限から２ヶ月経過分の延滞税率4.1%→14.6%）と、
そのペナルティーも重くなります。しかもこのペナルティーは経費
にはならないので、いくら払っても所得を減らすことにはならない
のです。

ですから６月給与の計算は早めに行い、源泉所得税の納付期限
は必ず守ってください。

また、次の方は納付金額が高額になるため特に注意してください。

①スタッフの人数が多い歯科医院
②医療法人である歯科医院(理事長である先生の給与が高額なため)
③賞与を６月に支給する歯科医院

なお、納付の期限が年２回なのは、給与や税理士等の報酬だけで、
それ以外の個人への報酬、例えばインプラントの手術を外部の先生
に頼んで報酬を支払ったときの源泉所得税は納期の特例の承認を
受けていても毎月納付しなければなりません。お間違いなく。
