地震保険料控除

　平成19年分以後の所得税について、地震保険加入促進の政策目的のために、従来の損害保険料控除制度を改組し、地震保険料控除制度が創設されました。
　　①適用要件　 ：居住用家屋、生活用動産に係る地震保険料を支払
　　　　　　　　　　 　った場合
　　②所得控除額：支払った金額（最高５万円）
　これに伴い、従来の損害保険料控除は無くなりますが、平成18年12月31日以前に締結した長期損害保険契約については経過措置として従来の控除の適用が可能です。
　　①適用要件　 ：保険期間10年以上、かつ、満期返戻金ありの長期
　　　　　　　　　　　 損害保険契約
　　②所得控除額：10,000円以下・・・支払保険料の全額
　　　　　　　　　　　 10,000円超、20,000円以下
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ・・・支払い保険料の金額×1/2＋5,000円
　　　　　　　　　　　 20,000円超・・・15,000円
　地震保険料と長期損害保険料の両方がある場合の所得控除額は以下のようになります。
　　　損害保険料の金額＋地震保険料の金額＝50,000円以下の場合
　　　　　・・・損害保険料の控除額＋地震保険料の控除額
　　　損害保険料の金額＋地震保険料の金額＝50,000超の場合
　　　　　・・・50,000円
　これから損害保険等に加入をお考えの方は上記の事も考慮に入れてご検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。
